By forcing fans, players and staff to prove they are vaccinated they are making the statement they are safe from the spread of covid. I could see many civil cases pop up if teams have a covid breakout.

NO ONE... EVER... has said the vaccine will 100% stop COVID. The vaccine does not 100% stop you from getting COVID. The vaccine does not 100% stop you from spreading COVID. The main thing the vaccine helps with is to prevent you from getting seriously sick/dying from COVID.
